I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were lovely, with a very comfortable bed and pillows. The service was exceptional, with kind and helpful staff who made my experience memorable. The location was perfect, central to all the top attractions, and the dining was good with excellent service.

The hotel had plenty of room to move around, and after several complaints, we were relocated to a room with a separate cooling unit that worked fine, accompanied by apologies. It was seriously hot initially, but the issue was resolved.
