Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room was clean, quiet, and incredibly comfortable, surpassing my expectations from other hotels I visited on this trip to France and the Czech Republic. The service was top-notch with friendly and helpful staff, especially Helena at the reception desk. The location was perfect, within walking distance to many attractions, and I didn't even need a taxi during my stay. Dining offered excellent options with a local flair. The facilities were great, making my stay even more enjoyable.
The hotel was perfectly quiet, great location near attractions, but the room was too hot at night despite air conditioning. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, with a pleasant bar area. The location was amazing, right in the old square with everything within walking distance. The dining experience was great with large buffet selections. Overall a fantastic stay with a few minor issues.
The hotel's rooms are like the pictures, but in reality a little less exciting, yet delightful. The service is incredibly helpful and friendly, although less trained and enthusiastic compared to previous stays. The location is fantastic for everything, including sightseeing and shopping, situated in the most picturesque area of Prague. The dining offers a variety of items but lacked selection for the duration of my stay. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few areas for improvement.
The hotel offers fantastic rooms with a lounge chair, table, and complementary fruit basket, charmingly clean and well-equipped with complimentary water. The transit tickets provided allow easy access to the city trams, with the Grand Suite being the best room in the hotel.
I couldn't have asked for a better location; it was great being so close to everything and able to walk to all the attractions easily. The rooms were extremely comfortable, but the noise from the service room for the maids could be bothersome at times, especially with people talking outside our door early in the morning. The service was exceptional, with Adam providing helpful tips and even giving us the next day's weather forecast on paper along with chocolates. The hotel's location in the picturesque area of Prague was wonderful, making it easy to explore on foot; however, the noise between bedrooms and the street was a bit of a downside. The dining experience was a mix; some days it was very good, while other days felt more continental-based than satisfying. The facilities were quite a treat, offering various services like room service, car hire, and tours/ticket assistance.
